The Way to Goal coaching process, "your" way:
A minimum length of 3 months is recommended to fully experience the benefits of coaching especially during changes in life.
* During the first few coaching sessions we will establish where you are today, identify what goals you want for yourself, and look at what obstacles may be standing in your way.
* Subsequent coaching sessions we will review and address your progress including both your successes and your challenges.
* Please be assured that throughout the coaching relationship it may be necessary to refine or re-define your goals, the path you are on, or the outcomes that you want. This is a good thing, since that means you are getting clearer on what you want.
* Between sessions you have unlimited email access to help you if you run into roadblocks or even want to celebrate your achievements.
* We will regularly review your progress to be sure you are achieving what you want.
* You are invited to express your wants and needs with regard to the coaching process at any time. For example, some clients have asked me to "push them" on their goals, while other clients have asked me to simply be a "guide-on-the-side."
